Peanut Butter Corn Flake Cookies

1 c. sugar
1 c. white syrup
6 c. corn flakes
18 oz. peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)

Preparations:

Combine sugar & syrup in large, heavy pan. Measure out corn flakes before starting cooking. Have spatula in peanut butter to have it ready to add. Have wax paper or cookie sheet set out & ready. Directions: Heat sugar & syrup until it just starts to bubble. Remove from stove. Immediately, add peanut butter & stir until blended. Add corn flakes and stir well. Take a tablespoon & scoop desired cookie size of mixture & form into ball in your hand. Place on wax paper or cookie sheet flattening slightly. Cool or eat while warm.
